Overview
PulseGuard provides website, API, SSL, domain, Page Speed, incident, notification, billing, API, and MCP access features. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how users can contact us.
Account and billing data
When you create an account, we store your name, email address, authentication details, selected plan, and account preferences. If you buy a paid plan, payment checkout and payment confirmation data is processed through Saniolabs billing services. PulseGuard stores billing status, plan, provider event identifiers, and payment log metadata needed to activate and audit your subscription.
Monitoring data
When you create monitors, we store the monitor name, URL or host, monitor type, check interval, timeout, notification settings, optional request headers, SSL/domain/Page Speed settings, ping logs, incidents, and status page configuration. We use this data to run checks, display dashboards, create uptime statistics, and send alerts.
AI and MCP access
PulseGuard exposes MCP tools so connected AI assistants can read monitoring data and, on eligible paid plans with Full Access tokens, manage monitors and notification settings. API and MCP tokens are scoped to the authenticated user. Users can revoke tokens from their profile at any time.
Notifications and third parties
PulseGuard may send alerts by email, Slack, Discord, or generic webhooks when you configure those channels. Webhook URLs are stored encrypted. External services receive only the data needed to deliver the configured notification or complete the requested checkout flow.
Retention and deletion
Operational logs and monitoring history are retained only as needed for the service, billing audit, security, and product reliability. Ping logs are routinely cleaned up according to the application's retention policy. You may delete monitors and API tokens from your account. To request account or data deletion, contact us.
